"The dolls are great but not thrilled with customer service. I emailed and left them a voicemail approximately 10 days after I ordered the dolls to see if we had a shipping estimate yet as these were gifts they never responded. When the dolls were finally shipped out, they were lost during delivery which I realize is not their problem but still it was over three weeks just in shipping. I emailed them again when they were lost in shipping and asked what happens next and they did call me after I received them, but it was just disappointing because these were birthday gifts that we’ve now put away for another date. If I just would’ve received communication when I first reached out to them 10 days after the order to check on status, I would’ve had time to figure out a different birthday gift. Definitely need to improve on their communication, but the dolls are beautiful."
