"I’ve contacted customer service several times about various issues, and none of those times was there any resolution or solution given. I ordered this for an event, and it did not arrive even close to the deadline-it came a month after ordering. That was after I called the day of ordering and spoke with someone to double check anout shipping! When I called again to see where the order was, the only “solution” given to me was to “reject the delivery when it came,” as though I would be able to be sitting at the door waiting for a package that did not even have a tracking number assigned at the time. The free shipping threshold is very high, and the shipping itself is pricey. There is less that satisfactory communication and even less regard for the customers. Perhaps the company does care about the cause they promote, but they certainly do not care for the customers who fund it."
