"Cute products, but really disappointing customer service. Shipping routinely takes 2+ weeks, and when there’s an issue with an order, customer service doesn’t actually help resolve it. Instead, they say there’s nothing they can do and offer a 15% off code, which feels pretty pointless when they frequently run better promotions anyway. They also add hearts to their emails which feels oddly dismissive when they aren’t actually helping resolve the issue. Cute products, but the customer service needs serious improvement.
